The Board of Directors has recommended stock dividend @ 5% for the year ended on June 30, 2010. The Board of Directors has also recommended for changing share denomination from Tk. 100.00 to Tk. 10.00 each and market lot from 50 to 200 shares and to increase authorized capital from existing Tk. 300.00 crore to Tk. 1,000.00 crore subject to the approval of the shareholder and the Regulatory Authorities.
