The Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank has decided to hold 5th EGM of the Bank to transact the following businesses: (1) To amend the relevant Articles showing the effect of withdrawal of share grouping from the Articles of Association of the Bank subject to approval of the Shareholders and (2) To raise Tier II capital through issuance of fully redeemable non-convertible 7 years fixed rated subordinated bond for Tk. 200.00 crore subject to approval of the shareholders. Date of EGM: 28.11.10, Time of EGM: 11:00 a.m., Venue: Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort, Airport Road, Nikunja-2, Dhaka. Record date for EGM: 31.10.10.
