NEWS FOR PRIMEBANK
Mr. Nasim Anwar Hossain, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Bank, has reported his intention to sell 40,000 shares out of his total holdings of 13,77,276 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within 31st October 2010
