The company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the company has accepted the revaluation of Land from Tk. 15,598,031.00 to Tk. 330,000,000.00 resulting into a revaluation surplus of Tk. 314,401,969.00 and Factory Building from Tk. 61,306,609.00 to Tk. 200,823,600.00 resulting into a revaluation surplus of Tk. 139,516,991.00.
